While a lot of the people who play geniuses on The Big Bang Theory are faking it (because they’re actors) one of them is actually a genius. Yeah, I know, you read the title. Turns out, Mayim Bialik has a P.H.D. in neuroscience.

It’s no secret that the Futurama writers are pretty smart. They often have to explain space and physics stuff in layman’s terms.

Not everything in Hollywood is fake.
This is especially true for the blizzard scenes on Hoth during Empire Strikes Back . When they got to the filming location, everything was buried in snow. Bummer!

I understand NBC saying no, but come on HBO! In one of your shows you literally have a guy press down on another guy’s eyeballs until his head pops!

Everyone remembers that hilarious scene in Raiders Of The Lost Ark where Indy guns down that expert swordsman. Well, it wasn’t always meant to be like that, apparently, the scene was supposed to be longer and more elaborate.
However, Harrison Ford was too sick to do it, so they just stuck with the quick ending.

That’s right! The news anchor from Parks and Recreation (and also apparently Scandal , Arrow , and The Mentalist ) was a news anchor in real life as well!
The actor’s name is Jay Jackson, and he was an anchor at KCAL9 news in Los Angeles for 22 years!
