After suffering a tumultuous year with her mental health, Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline has filed a restraining order against Britney’s father Jamie Spears in regards to an alleged altercation involving their eldest son, Sean Preston.
According to TMZ, Sean Preston, 13 and Jayden James, 12 are now splitting their time with their parents 30/70.

In a new custody agreement obtained by the news outlet, Kevin will get custody of their two boys 70% of the time, while Britney takes time to focus on her mental health.
This change in their custody agreement came three days after an alleged altercation involving Sean Preston and Britney’s father, Jamie Spears.

On August 25th, Kevin Federline filed a police report against Spears’s father, Jamie Spears, alleging battery on Sean Preston
The alleged altercation supposedly took place a day earlier, August 24th.

The Blast reported Jaimie allegedly “violently shook” the child after breaking down the door of his bedroom.
Spears was able to get both kids away from her father before calling Federline to pick them up.

TMZ reported that there were “no visible bruises or injuries to the child.”
Britney has yet to comment on the ordeal.
