Sharon Osbourne is known for keeping it real and being candid. While chatting on the latest episode of The Talk , Sharon revealed why she ditched her recent gray hair transformation to go back to her signature red locks.
Of course, in true Sharon style, she made a joke about looking like Grandma Clampett from Beverly Hillbillies .

When you think of Sharon Osbourne, you can’t help but think of her signature fiery red hair.
Fans will remember when the talk show host dyed her hair gray earlier this year because it truly made waves on social media.
Celebrity hair stylist Jack Martin was responsible for Sharon’s new hue back in February.
Jack is known for helping women embrace their natural grays and allow their hair to live its TRUTH!
His Instagram is filled with the best before and afters!
Posting about Sharon’s initial transformation, Jack wrote, “Another great day in my career welcoming the most beautiful and elegant talk show host and entertainer @sharonosbourne for a complete transformation.”
“Sharon has 100% white hair and she was coloring her hair once a week dark vibrant red for the past 18 years. she explained to me that she wanted to do this transformation [a] long time ago but every time she attempts it ends up with a disaster.”
He continued: “Sharon was very tired of coloring her hair once a week and she was obligated to since she is on tv almost every day hosting her popular tv show @thetalkcbs.”
“I didn’t promise [Sharon] anything but I told her I will try my best, it took me a total of 8 hours from start to finish to get her to a platinum blonde so she doesn’t have to be committed to coloring her hair once a week anymore.”
The reception was amazing! Fans couldn’t get enough of the new, softer Sharon.
“Wow! Who knew she could look any prettier,” commented fan @rosaelenaaah.
“She just looks happier, I feel like I truly see her now!” agreed @alexa.lady.
However, it seems Sharon has lost that loving feeling for her lighter locks.
On Monday’s episode of The Talk , Sharon debuted her hair transformation to a plethora of oohhs and ahhhs from her co-hosts.
Sharon revealed that the decision came as she celebrated her 68th birthday this past weekend.
“I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror, and I’m like nah, you look like Grandma Clampett,” she explained .
Of course, this is a hilarious reference to the iconic Beverly Hillbillies character.
She continued: “And I thought to myself nah, I’m changing it back! Just one quick look. You know when you’re like ‘oh dear, no!'”
When she was asked if the makeover was “connected to her birthday,” Sharon confirmed, “Yeah, it was.”
She admitted she just wanted a little “spruce up” for her birthday.
She then went on to thank her TV family for their birthday love: “First of all I have to thank everybody, everybody here, because it was amazing. Everybody was just, went out of their way for me and it was just, you all just make it so great.”
Sharon revealed her house was filled with beautiful flower deliveries from all her friends, which was a delight for hubby Ozzy Osbourne, who is *super* allergic to them!
She also revealed the pair didn’t miss out on some birthday loving the next day.
I think I speak for all of us when I say we’re loving the new locks, Sharon!
