Throughout the first couple of episodes, the girls lived in apartment no. 5 and the boys in apartment no. 4.
However, the showrunners realized they needed to be looking down at Ugly Naked Guy’s apartment, so they changed them to 19 and 20.
The Prison Break Well
Well, it looks like this mistake involves a well (haha am I right folks?).
Anyways, so Quinn falls in the well at the beginning of the episode, breaking the cover. However, in the end, Kellerman covers the well with the intact cover.

Alright, this roof pizza thing was a mess.
Not only did the pizza change positions a couple of times, but it even gained and lost pepperoni at several different points.
Maggie On The Wall
Seems like a pretty unassuming picture, right? Well, if you hadn’t noticed, Marge is pregnant. With Maggie. Now, look at the picture behind Marge’s head.

The Cameraman In ‘Buffy The Vampire Slayer’
There are a lot of TV shows where the cameramen accidentally slip into one of the shots, but this one was the most egregious I’ve ever seen.
You see his whole camera , man!
Quagmire’s Age
I know it’s kind of lame to be pointing out continuity errors in Family Guy , but in the episode where drinking the drinking age is raised to 50, Brian is the only one able to buy booze because he’s technically 56.
Quagmire should be able to drink as well because in an earlier episode he was revealed to be over 60.
The Fresh Prince’s Wobbly Wall
During the very first episode of The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air , Will staples a poster to a wall.
You can see it wiggling profusely, reminding us all in the audience that he’s on a set.
Lois’ Red Dress
During one episode of Malcom In The Middle , crew members had to keep Lois’ dress in a bucket of water, continuously handing it back to her.
They aren’t perfect, so one of them got in the shot eventually.
Suits Or Women
During one episode of How I Met Your Mother , Barney must decide whether to give up suits or women and does so with a song.
During the song, people all around him are wearing formal wear… except one extra who forgot to wear dress shoes.
Melisandre’s Necklace
Back to Game Of Thrones , let’s talk about that necklace that Melisandre wears. It’s revealed eventually that she uses it to look young and sexy, and when she takes it off she becomes an old hag.

The Water Bottles
In one of the final scenes of the Game Of Thrones series, the surviving characters are palling around, trying to figure out the fate of Westeros. Beneath them, you can see plastic water bottles .
They just stopped caring, didn’t they?
The Barber Shop/Hollywood Set
On The Andy Griffith Show , they were visiting a movie set when fans noticed a pretty familiar sight in the background.
Apparently, they just reused Floyd’s barbershop for the movie set.
The Disappearing Psychograft
In one scene, during the episode where Rose has been captured and is at the mercy of Cassandra, the psychograft disappears for a moment.
In the next scene, it’s back again.
The Crash Mat
I will spare you all the sci-fi, confusing Farscape names here and just say this: in one scene, we see a bare floor.
In the next, we see a blue crash mat.
The Boom Operator Gets Fired
There’s a point in Gilmore Girls that the boom operator must have not been expecting, because when Lorelai stands up the boom either dips into the shot or the op didn’t pull it up fast enough.
Recycling Symbol
Ooh, this one is for all those recycling nerds out there. I can just hear them now.
“Um, actually, the recycling symbol would not have been invented for another twenty years, so, sorry M A S*H , but you’re wrong.
The Cameraman Is Seen
During this episode of 24 (Nina has just been shot, she’s calling a CTU) you can see the arm of a cameraman on the right side of the screen.
Wonder what he’s doing now.
Battlstar Galactica’s Crew Member
It may be a trick of the eye, but you can kind of make out a crew member behind that box.
Hm… this one you can hardly see, so I’m tempted to give it a pass… better not, don’t want those Battlestar Galactica nerds getting too smug.

This egregious mistake is one that I cannot forgive. Hello, Buffy showrunners, Willow didn’t even touch the keyboard!
Do you have any idea how computers work, you silly bunch of goons?
‘The Simpsons’ Opening
This mistake was so bad, it appeared in every episode from Seasons 2-20 of The Simpsons .
In one shot showing Homer’s garage, there’s boxes piled up. In the next, there aren’t.
‘Sherlock’ Spray Paint
Psh, I thought this “Sherlock Holmes” guy was supposed to be super smart and consistent.
Maybe people should tell that to whoever runs continuity on the Sherlock set.
The Reflection
Listen, please don’t sue me if this was explained in the ending of Lost , but during one scene there is a cameraman’s arm in the reflection of a car’s mirror.
Same Plate
I don’t know how they do things in Britain, but here in Canada, you aren’t allowed to have the same license plate for two different cars.
It’s against the law or something.
The Mysterious Closing Door
Alright, so you’re shutting off the power but forget to close the door to the breaker box.
Pretty bad, right? Wrong! Little did you know, some of them close by themselves… if Chuck is to be believed.
Backward Newspaper
Listen, I don’t know who in the Tintin universe is reading these backward newspapers , but they’re probably the same people that post those upside-down texts on Facebook that say:
