Suzanne Somers is undeniably the queen of looking amazing at any age. Her commitment to health and wellness is almost as iconic as her role as Chrissy, the blonde bombshell in the beloved ’70s sitcom, Three’s Company.
While her role in Three’s Company landed her global recognition, her career as a candid wellness advocate and overall queen has kept her in the headlines for decades.
I think I speak for many fans when I say she was always my favorite actress on *Three’s Company.*
To be honest, I never cared to watch the show post-Chrissy, no matter how much I loved John Ritter.
It’s no secret Suzanne is super in-love with hubby Alan Hamel, even after all these years!
The pair tied the knot back in 1977 and have been thriving in Hollywood ever since. Now, the 74-year-old is opening up about marriage, life, and her iconic career.
And, in true Suzanne fashion, she didn’t hold anything back.
While chatting with Heather Dubrow on her podcast “Heather Dubrow’s World” Suzanne revealed how many times she had Alan had ~got it on~ that day.
“At this stage of life, most people think that’s over the hill. What time is it, noon? I had sex with him three times so far today,” Somers told the former Real Housewife , as per Yahoo .
At 84-years-old, Alan isn’t prepared to slow down.
“What is this thing about 4:30 in the morning that’s suddenly like, ‘Oh there he is.’ I’m like, ‘Could you just wait ’til the sun comes up?'”
She continued:
“God, our relationship has always been amazing, but now that our kids are raised and it’s just me and Al, and we paid for the tuition, we paid for the weddings and helped them get their start — now it’s just us. Man, are we having fun.”
Suzanne went on to describe her time on *Three’s Company* and how she paved the way for equal pay.
“They wanted to make an example of me so no other stars on their network would have the audacity to ask to be paid commensurate with men,” she recalled.
“What was interesting at the time was that not one woman would back me up.”
“Not one of the organizations. Not the National Organization for Women, not Women in Film, none of that. And I guess everyone was just afraid for their own jobs so they didn’t want to say anything.”
“I look at every negative in life as an opportunity,” she explained.
“When you hit a wall, don’t give up. Turn right or left. There’s another direction to go. Take what it is are your strong points and reinvent, and that’s what I’ve done over the years.”
What a great way of thinking about the world!

Of course, this is far from the first time Suzanne has opened up about her sex life.
Back in 2019, she told the Daily Mail that she and hubby Alan had sex twice a day thanks to a “sexual stimulant” — the melanocortin-based peptide PT-141.
“I usually say I sleep through one of them,” Suzanne joked at the time.
“That’s usually that one at 4 o’clock in the morning. But, you know, then again around 8 o’clock in the morning, I’m in the mood.”
The 74-year-old compared her libido to that of a younger person.
She told the publication she’s “kind of in that groove, like when you were younger and you’re in the mood all the time, and so is he because he’s on hormone replacements,” she shared.
