There are these couples who fell in love despite age and the age gaps between older celebs and their children.
There are even age gaps between actors in movies and TV shows. Sometimes, it’s barely noticeable. But oftentimes you’re left scratching your head over Hollywood casting the wrong actor in certain roles.
Drew Barrymore and Adam Garcia – *Riding in Cars With Boys*
Fans were surprised to see Barrymore starring as the mother in Riding in Cars With Boys . After all, she and Adam Garica (who played her son) were just two years apart in age.
Despite this, she has said that she adored the role and learning how to be a “mother” on her journey.
Ginnifer Goodwin and Jennifer Morrison – *Once Upon A Time*
The two actresses of Once Upon A Time share much of the same magic and even a similar age!
The actresses behind this mother and daughter combo only have a one-year gap between them, making it more ideal for them to play sisters.

To our surprise , though, Getty was only one year younger than Arthur, who played her daughter on the show!

When Amy Poehler made her entrance as Regina George’s mom, her outgoing personality and pink outfit made it clear that she’s the “cool mom.”
But get this: she was only 33 at the time of filming! She and her on-screen daughter, Rachel McAdams, were merely seven years apart.

But the actresses only had four years between them! This ended up happening after Constance Marie was chosen as the mother after auditioning for the role of Selena.
