This is a list dedicated to the dreamers who have ideas. Now, I didn’t say good ideas but I also didn’t say bad ideas.
These ideas, depending on your perspective, run the gamut from good to bad. But it’s hard to deny that they’re all fascinating.
Stench, begone!
This person rigged up some flexible ductwork between their cat’s litter box and the bathroom exhaust fan. It might not look like much but it gets that litter box smell right out of the house.
Bamboozled.
Now, I’ve heard that goats are smart creatures and they may well be. But if this is all it takes to keep one from getting its head stuck in the fence, I have my doubts.
Cool down.
This Uber driver doesn’t want his passengers sneezing or coughing on him. But he also doesn’t want them to be deprived of air conditioning so he rigged up this ingenious solution.
Ewok village.
This is one of those things that I think everybody dreams about their whole life, starting in childhood. Most of us are too lazy to actually pull it off but not this person.
Don’t work harder, work smarter.
Anyone who’s ever had to put together some Ikea furniture has probably found themselves dropping screws all over the darn place. With a magnetic glove like this, that’s no longer a problem.

I mean, not really. I don’t have $4,500 to spend on a mobile bar right now. But I do appreciate the work that went into converting this pop-up trailer.
Who needs a campfire?
This dad says his kid wanted s’mores so he got to work making them. This doesn’t have the crackling campfire aesthetic but if s’mores are the only goal, you could do a lot worse.
Triple-wide, double-tall.
People have been turning single-wide trailers into double-wide homes for years now so maybe this is the next logical step.
That is, adding more and more until you can barely see the original trailer anymore.
Upcycled.
Plastic shopping bags can be re-used but they generally look like garbage. This person took the time to gather a whole bunch of them and crochet them into an actual decent-looking bag.
Stitched back up.
As someone who once drove a total junker and had a creative mechanic, I can confirm that this works. Yes, zip ties won’t win your car any beauty contests but they’ll stop the bumpers from literally falling off.
Indoor plumbing.
Yes, you’re looking at a funnel in the wall that’s been repurposed as a urinal. I mean, it runs outside and all but it’s still a very bold choice to put in the workshop.

I know that rubberized foundations can help in earthquake-prone areas but somehow, I don’t think this quite fits that description. I mean, I guess it’s holding…for now.
