Channing Tatum recently shared a rare video of himself on Instagram, teaching his six-year-old daughter, Everly, how to box and it’s probably the most heartwarming thing you’ll see all day.
Channing Tatum and his ex-wife, Jenna Dewan, very rarely share content of their six-year-old daughter, Everly.

But Channing even less so, since he rarely posts on social media at all .
But when they do post their daughter online, they make sure that her face is not visible, in order to protect her safety and privacy I assume.

Channing managed to maintain that while still sharing an adorable video of her learning how to box.
This, however, wasn’t the first time he shared videos on daddy-duty!

Just last month he took Everly to an arcade and shared a series of photos showing her behind the wheel of a Mario Kart game.
One of the clips even showed her besting her dad in a game of whack-a-mole!

“We are so in right now,” he wrote on one of the videos.
“Game was rigged!! For real I lost and as you can see I was all in trying my heart out!,” he jokingly wrote on another.

This sounds like the ultimate daddy-daughter date.
Can Channing adopt me? Thanks.
Anyway, this time he shared a video to IGTV, teaching Everly how to box.
Instead of using a real punching bag , Channing was the punching bag.
#DadGoals
“She love punching dad!,” he captioned the video. “This is only 1/16 how long this went for hahaha she an animal.”

“We love wrestling and boxing.”
“And we keep it fun. I heard once that martial arts was only created to take the mystery out of fight.”

“So people started to practiced it.”
“So if ever there came a time they had to defend themselves they wouldn’t be as afraid.”

“In my experience fear most times leads to bad decisions,” he went on .
“Being calm and secure with your mind and body…”

He clarified that he does not condone violence, but wants to teach his daughter how to protect herself if she were ever in danger.
“Make great opportunity for good decisions. Violence is 100% never the answer.”

“But having a daughter i always want her to feel safe in her being.”
“And god help the person that ever poke the beast inside this little angel.”

Adorable, right?!
Unfortunately, it’s been a difficult time in the Channing-Everly-Jenna circle, as they try to put the finishing touches on their custody battle.
They supposedly have a hearing scheduled for January 28, 2020 to review their custody agreement.

“Over the past six months, it has become evident to me that a clear and specific holiday schedule is necessary and important,” Channing said in a statement .
“We both need to be able to make plans during our respective custodial times, particularly during the holidays”.

“And having a set schedule will allow us to do that.”
