Timing can make or break a moment. It’s amazing how just a few split seconds can impact the outcome of a situation, for better or worse. That split second tends to come and go pretty quickly, and it’s not always a moment that can be identified.
Thankfully, the pictures below were able to capture the exact moment when things were about to happen.
1. I’m not sure if he’s just learning to swim, or if he’s so good at it that he can hover like Jesus.
Either way, he’s a better swimmer than I am. You can find me laying on the beach with a margarita.
2. Technically, this is someone failing the cinnamon challenge.
If you ask me, I say she’s cinna-winning because this picture is hilarious. The look on that guy’s face beside her suggests he knew exactly what was going to happen.
3. This picture hurts my heart.
Those poor beers didn’t even stand a chance against this guy and his instability. Luckily my instability was nowhere near this when it happened, or I probably would’ve had a meltdown.
4. Uh-oh, more tumbling booze.
This guy looks so happy to have that bottle, I’d hate to see his face just moments after this picture was captured. I’m imagining either tears, expletives, or both.
5. The song does say we all scream for ice cream, not just humans.
I think he’s earned a bit of ice cream for being this brave. The sun is out, and it’s hot too. Sharing is caring!
6. Smart phones these days are so user-friendly.
This is both a good and bad thing. Sure, it’s great to be able to use one right out of the box, but knowing that any old bird could pick it up and use it too is a bit worrying.
7. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say he’s doing that on purpose.
The show must go on though, and she’s doing a great job of holding onto her composure.
8. The last thing winter needs is another reason for everyone to hate it.
Can we lay off the snowballs, please? As a child that grew up in a northern climate with hella cold winters, even hearing the word “snowball” gives me flashbacks.
9. She has no idea.
This picture was taken at THE perfect moment because even she has no idea what’s about to happen. It’s a shame she wore all white.
10. I thought that laughing until milk came out of your nose only happened in cartoons.
It turns out, I was very wrong. Despite the fact that he’s spewing dairy from his face, everybody seems to be enjoying themselves!
11. They should be thanking that seagull.
He just turned a photo op into probably one of the funniest photos they’ve ever taken, instead of some cheesy movie reenactment that’ll get stuffed in a drawer and cringed at by anyone who stumbles across it.
12. At least she looks nice.
This was taken at the perfect moment, where she still looks photogenic but the picture still has comedic value.
13. Hopefully his balancing act can remain intact.
He seems to be doing a pretty good job of keeping himself stable. Let’s hope that this runaway wheel isn’t his demise.
14. Everything has its breaking point.
Water balloons included. I’m not sure what he was expecting when he dropped this bomb, but whoever was holding the camera knew exactly when to click.
15. Looks like a not-so-sweet sixteen is in store for the receiver of this cake.
“Sorry, honey. Mom dropped your birthday cake. I think we have some Twinkies we can stack and shove a candle in though. No problem!”
16. Apparently, birthdays are the epitome of perfect timing.
Hopefully she was due for a haircut, because it’s going to take some serious hairdressing skills to get that all fixed up.
17. How did they get the straw in there?
Unless they were drinking this during an earthquake, that must’ve been a pretty quick maneuver. I guess they were just really thirsty?
18. How can you be mad at an intruder when it looks like this?
This little guy is clearly too skilled for his own good. I hope he was safely returned outside so he could continue with his covert operations.
19. I really hope they already took all the wedding photos.
This guy is never gonna forgive himself, and I wouldn’t be surprised if she didn’t forgive him, either.

It looks like Mike “The Miz” Mizanin is getting some grooming tips from Santino Marella, but unfortunately, I watch enough wrestling to know that this is a Photoshop. Still LOL, tho.
