Comedian, Amy Schumer, gifted her seven-month-old son an absolutely terrifying doll from her childhood, and was the funniest possible way to end 2019.
Earlier in 2019, Amy Schumer and her husband, Chris Fischer, welcomed their first child, Gene.
So far, Amy has been killing it at motherhood!

The queen of comedy has posted some hilarious and very relatable pregnancy and postpartum photos on Instagram for our benefit.
Like her pregnancy announcement, for instance.
Amy first hinted at her pregnancy by superimposing her face and her husband’s face on a photo of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who also happen to be pregnant at the same time.
Or the time she called out fans for being annoyed at how long her pregnancy seemed to be taking.
“Oh yeah does it feel to everyone like I’ve been pregnant for a long time? It must be getting annoying to you all that I’m still pregnant Well imagine how I feel mother [expletive]!!!!! #soblessed,” she wrote on Instagram.
Or the time she posted a photo sitting on the toilet in a hospital gown.
“Milk alert 1 o’clock,” she made the caption.
Classic Amy, keeping it real. This is why I love her.
Or the time she opened up about having to go back to work five months after having Gene.
“5 months today and like all moms I love him so much it hurts. Im feeling strong and good and like I’m still a human being with interests and ambitions and goals I’m excited to reach,” she wrote.
“It’s felt good to be back at work.”
“I was so worried about it and was afraid to go back after he was 3 months old,” she went on.
“A couple days I’ve cried from missing him,” she continued.
“But it’s mostly good to be back and the breaks energize me to be a better mom and appreciate our time even more. I have it a lot easier than many people but I wanted to share my experience.”
Anyway, I rest my case. Amy Schumer is the realest.
And to make her even more relatable, she decided to give her son a toy from her own childhood — something plenty of parents do.
Except this was no ordinary toy …
Back in 2016, on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”, she shared a photo of her remaining toy collection from when she was a kid.
And it was straight-up terrifying.
One of the toys is obviously more horrifying than the rest, and that is the one she gifted her son.
While it’s by far the creepiest thing I’ve ever seen, it also happens to be Amy’s most cherished toy from her childhood.
Its name is “Pokey”.
Full disclosure, and no offense to Amy, this toy is going to be the star of my nightmares for weeks to come.
So, fast forward to a couple of days ago. Amy posted a throwback photo of herself and Pokey when she was a girl.
But in the next slide, Pokey is photographed next to Gene.
“Pokey has been scaring children since 1948,” she captioned the photo.
Yeah, no doubt.
Pokey is scaring me , a fully grown woman.
I can’t even imagine the longterm repercussions this thing is going to have on a child!
