There is a new, Jane Austen-inspired show titled, Pride & Prejudice: An Experiment in Romance that takes everything we love about Bridgerton , Downton Abbey and The Bachelor to make one sexy cocktail!
As reported by *Entertainment Weekly* the show’s contestants will be able to search for their own Duke of Hastings in a throwback-themed show that includes living in a castle whilst being swept away on carriage rides, boat trips, and archery expeditions.
The contestants will also use handwritten letters to communicate with their heroine — this means no texting, sexting, or swiping right!
The reality show will be one of the few coming to the NBC streaming service, Peacock.
“Transported to a Regency-style England, a group of eligible hopeful suitors will have to win the heart of our heroine, and her court,” a description from Peacock reads.
“Housed in a castle on the countryside, set on a beautiful backdrop of rolling hills, the heroine and suitors will experience that with which dreams are made of.”
This is sure to be one epic show that is set to start filming next month!
