For a long time, the mark of a quality hotel was that you could expect the same experience and service at every location, regardless of where in the world you were traveling to.
But these days people are beginning to expect a bit more from our hotels then a basic place to sleep. We want them to be part of the experience of our trip. So hotels are upping their games and finding creative ways to make our stay memorable.
