Breakups are hard for everyone, celebrity or not. However, it’s a lot easier to move on from your ex when you’re not a celebrity. Think about it — they never can scrub the internet of pictures of themselves and their ex the way we normal people can.
Plus, everyone will always remember that you two were together. Especially if you had a cute couple name, like Bennifer.
It’s hard to believe Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been broken up for 17 YEARS!
It feels like it was just yesterday that they were filming the “Jenny From The Block” music video on a yacht in matching white bathing suits.
Ah, the good ol’ days.
Well, it seems the pair can’t believe it either, because it’s been reported that the two recently went on a mini VACATION TOGETHER.
As fans may recall, Ms. Lopez called it quits with fiancé Alexander Rodriguez last month, and as we all know, Ben is also single AF after he and actress Ana de Armas split back in January.
Now, I know it may be a stretch, but maybe a Bennifer reunion can harness some of that good early aughts energy and bring it into 2021.
Just think about how fun things were when those two crazy kids were together!
2003 was a great time for us all.
Everyone had flip phones, social media wasn’t a thing, and we were nearly two decades away from a soul-crushing pandemic.
See? It wouldn’t be all that bad would it?!
Just last month, Ben was gushing over how amazing Jennifer looks and how impressed he is with her work ethic.
Of his ex, Ben told InStyle : “I thought I had a good work ethic, but I was completely humbled and blown away by what she was committed to doing day in and day out, the seriousness in which she took her work, the quiet and dedicated way she went about accomplishing her goals, and then how she would go back and redouble her efforts.”

“She has great talent, but she has also worked very hard for her success, and I’m so happy for her that she seems, at long last, to be getting the credit she deserves.
He then asked the question everyone wants to know: “Where are you keeping the fountain of youth?”
“Why do you look the same as you did in 2003 and it kind of looks like I’m in my 40s…at best?” he laughed.
Well, maybe the pair spent their time away together discussing J.Lo’s beauty secrets!
Yep, that’s right! According to recent reports, the pair spent “several days” in Montana together.

“[Jennifer] spent several days with Ben out of town,” a source told *People*.
“They have a strong connection. It’s all been quick and intense, but Jennifer is happy,” they added .
To be honest, I’m hoping the pair gets back together. Call me crazy all you want, but I think they’re meant to be!
After every break up these two go through, it seems they always find their way back to each other.
Sure, it’s been nothing more than a close friendship for years, but that’s the perfect base for a loving relationship!
