Lately, I've been thinking that it would be so cool to have a secret hiding spot in my home. The only question is — where? And how would I ensure that nobody finds it?
Well, as it turns out, there are lots of awesome ideas out there for hiding spots. Here are just a few examples some people found. Let that be an inspiration to us all.
Imagine if you stayed in this hotel and you discovered something hiding behind a bookshelf? That's exactly what happened to this person when they found a secret billiards room. Isn't that so amazing or what? I love it.
This person's parents bought a new house and to their surprise, they found a hidden room under the stairs. Oh, wow! I would be both intrigued and a little terrified, lol. Should they go to check what's in there, haha?
Can you believe this? This shirt somebody bought has a hidden pocket sewn into the inside of it with the phrase "Don't tell Mom," Oh, my! Isn't that so cool or what? Yes, make sure you don't tell mom.
Check this out. This piano from 1885 has a hidden pop-out candle holder. Oh, I guess that must've been a thing back in the day. I've got to admit playing the piano by candlelight does sound very nice.
Wouldn't it be awesome if your home came with extra storage space? Um, yes, please. So if you have a stairwell, you may want to check it out thoroughly. Perhaps something is hiding in there. Oh, yeah.
One of the things I would like to have one day is an ensuite bathroom. That would be so handy, no? I bet the people who bought this place were thrilled to find one hiding behind these cabinet doors.
