I can see a certain retro appeal in the generic hangers you get from the dry cleaner, but basing an entire outfit around it seems like a bit of a stretch.
I think this would look at least five percent less ridiculous if the pants component of these outfits was sweatpants rather than jeans. The clash of denim and tutu is just, well, a lot.

There's an argument to be made that even low-key high heels are a bad idea, just for what they do to the wearer's feet. To wear these, though, I think surgical alteration to the feet might be required.

People often complain that women's garments are severely lacking in pockets compared to what men typically wear. I think this coat represents a bold new step in giving women the pockets they need.
Chaps are an awesome thing to wear if you're a legit cowboy. If you're a fashion model or literally anyone else, I think the utility of such a garment is questionable.

Puffy jackets are a brilliant invention: they keep the wearer warm, and the lush puffyness adds a feeling of comfort and security. For these reasons, I'm going to try not to judge this ridiculous coat too harshly.
