If you’ve ever suffered from motion sickness , you know it’s not fun. It’s especially annoying when you have to travel . Lately, I seem to experience it more. Maybe it’s because I’m getting older .
So, if there’s a remedy that could help with the symptoms, I’m all for it. And as it turns out, there is. People swear by motion-sickness glasses, and I’m willing to give them a try.
Let me ask you something:
Do you remember the first time you experienced motion sickness? Was it on a car or a boat ride? Or was it when you went to an amusement park? Then again, there’s flying. That can be problematic too, huh?
What exactly is motion sickness?
Well, apparently it happens because there’s a disconnect between your brain and your eyeballs. Wow! I should have known that. The confusion occurs between what your brain perceives and what your eyes actually see.
So, is there anything you can do about it?
As it turns out, there is. And no, it’s not pills that don’t work or weird patches that you put behind your ears. People actually tried that? Ha, ha, okay, sure, sure.
This solution is even better.
At least that’s what people say. Let me introduce you to the Anti-Motion Sickness Smart Glasses. Say what? That’s a long name, ha, ha. But alright, I want to know more about this, and I bet you do, too.
How do these glasses work?
That’s a great question. These glasses have no lenses, but instead, they have liquid inside the tubes of the frames. The level of this liquid in the circle varies according to the moves of the vehicle and creates an artificial horizon in the user’s vision, which re-synchronizes the eyes with a balance system.
Aha!
How cool is that? You can use these glasses when you start to feel dizzy traveling in a car, airplane, or even on a boat. Wear them for about 10-14 minutes, and they will relieve your discomfort. Wow! I like the sound of that.
They even work after you take them off.
So once you don’t feel dizzy anymore, take off the glasses, and the effects of them should last you for some time. The moving liquid inside the tubes of the glasses creates a sort of artificial horizon.
This will settle your brain.
That’s amazing, eh? But I have to warn you. They do look a little funny. It’s kind of that “W***y Wonka” style, hee-hee. However, anything is better than being totally miserable while you travel. Am I right?
So, what do you think?
Would you try these glasses to get rid of your motion sickness? I think they’re worth a try, no? I mean, it wouldn’t hurt, so why not? People seem to swear by them, and that’s why there must be something to it. I hope this is a great solution for you on your next road trip or that long-haul plane ride.
