A wedding is between two people, and should be all about those two people. But some of our relatives don't seem to get the memo, and try to make someone else's big day all about themselves. Parents of the bride or groom often (but not always) try to make the wedding about them, especially if they happen to be footing the bill.
One woman's wedding was all but ruined by her future mother-in-law, who insisted she wears the dress she picked out for the wedding.
