Now that many moms are raising kids while they work, it shouldn’t be that much of a surprise if you see more kids coming to work with their folks or at least in an office setting. Am I right?
However, people were pretty shocked when they saw a Little Caesar’s employee bring their baby to work . I know I would be. So let’s find out more about this story, shall we? I’m so curious to know how this all came about.
The pandemic really did a number on staff shortages.

This is especially evident in the food industry. Splitting time between work and taking care of children has proven to be a challenge for employees. That’s why this next video I’m about to show you should not be too much of a surprise.
Well, this time it was the dad who brought his baby to work.

The TikTok user is a general manager at a Little Caesars, and he made the executive decision to have his baby with him on his shift. He set up a playpen right in the kitchen.
After this video was posted it got a lot of attention.
And it definitely brings forward the challenges of not having suitable childcare options for working parents. This father did what he could to be able to bring food on the table and take care of his child.
Here’s an interesting fact.

This video has now gone viral. Many viewers of the video automatically assumed that it was a mother that brought the baby into work, but there are plenty of single fathers like @mixxedjesus who show up to work every day and still raise their kids.
The video also received many comments.

Most of them praised the dad for doing what he can to raise his child. I mean, after all, it’s a reality for many people. Not everyone can afford expensive childcare. Do you get what I’m saying here?
Some even made a few jokes.

I love these that pretty much say that the baby will have more job experience than the rest of us. Ha, ha, isn’t that right? That little tyke better pay attention.
Of course, not everyone was as understanding.

However, some people felt concerned for the baby’s safety. Some even wondered if it would be a violation of the health code.
This mother definitely sympathized with the dad.

She wasn’t so lucky and had to quit her job. I bet there are many moms and dads out there who had to make this tough choice. I feel for all of them.
So what do you think of this?

Do you think this dad was right to bring his baby to work in this circumstance? Or do you think a fast food joint like this isn’t a safe environment for a baby to be around? I’d love to know your thoughts on this.
