Every pet parent has misplaced their cat or dog at least once. If you’re lucky, they’ve just fallen asleep in the laundry bin and haven’t escaped from the yard.
It’s especially worrying if you have velcro doggos like I do. If they aren’t within petting distance from me, I get concerned.
Kristin Leigh Rhynehart was in the midst of just such a search when she stumbled upon the cutest thing ever.
Her rescue dog, Raven, was nowhere to be found in any of his favorite places.
The last place she thought to look was the bedroom of her toddler, Addison.
“That moment you can’t find your dog and you even go outside looking for him…only to walk in the house and find him snuggled up in bed next to your toddler,” the caption on the video reads.
But once she spotted Raven, Kristin did what everyone in the 21st Century does: got out her phone to record.
As her steps creak on the floor, Raven’s head pops up from where the dog had curled up beside the sleeping girl.
It only disturbs Raven for a moment though, and he lays back down.
He’s even under the blanket! D’aww!
My guess would be that the little girl pulled the blanket over him. Which makes it even cuter.
Kristin carefully brushes some hair from Addison’s face and adjusts the blanket.
She also takes a moment to scratch Raven’s head and tell him what a good boy he is.
Is it any surprise that the video has more than six million views on YouTube?
