Oh yeah, baby, this new episode looks wild. As wild as a wildling. As wild as a wildling wiling out to that one song by Steppenwolf… god it was from Easy Rider … what’s it called again… oh yeah, Born to be Wild.
Well, the “Game Of Thrones” Season 8, Episode 3 Teaser has been out for a couple of days.

And wow, it looks like a doozy.
The creators have compared the Battle Of Winterfell to the battle of Helm’s Deep, and that is nothing to shake a stick at.
Alright, quick recap time:

We start Season 8 Episode 1 with a big Stark family reunion. Arya and Jon hug. Jon says to Bran: “you’re a man”. Bran replies: “Almost”. Boom, hilarious warg joke.
Things are off to a good start.
We get a lot of reunions throughout the episode.

Tyrion and Sansa, who verbally spar a little bit, Jon and Sam who had a nice little moment (until Jon finds out about his real mother/father), and, ooh!
Jamie and Bran meet up again, and I’m sure they just had so much to talk about.
We also get a nice throwback to Season 1

The Night King leaves a nice little present for Tormund and our heroes, a dead boy pinned to a wall with a pattern of limbs arranged around him.
A nice callback to the opener of Season 1, Episode 1.
Alright, now for Episode 2 of Season 8
Episode 1 got everyone to Winterfell, this one is the episode where we set the stakes for the climactic battle.
There is a whole lot of tension, and Arya even has a sex scene. Uh… kind of weird, kind of empowering?
Jon and Dany also discussed Jon’s heritage.
Which I’m sure wasn’t awkward at all. “So, you know how we’ve been boinking for a bit? Well, good news and bad news and they’re both the same sentence: we’re a lot closer than I originally thought”.
We end Season 8 Episode 2 with the White Walkers arriving at Winterfell.
Boom. They’re here.
The battle for the fate of Westeros is about to begin… and it’ll probably drag for the next four episodes.
Hey, they’ve got six to kill here, people!
So, the folks at “Game Of Thrones have blessed us with some new images from the new episode.

And we couldn’t be more excited.
Oh, they are such giving and merciful gods, aren’t they? Delighting us mere mortals with such treats… I’m going to go buy another Night King Funko! Pop right now!
Sansa appears in two of the pictures.

Could this mean she is of great importance to the episode? Or… god forbid… she isn’t going to make it through?
Oh, I really better start getting detached from these characters A.S.A.P.
Here she is staring fearfully at her sister.

If I had to guess, this is probably at the beginning and the White Walkers are approaching.
This is the moment she realizes how real everything truly is.
Here’s Jon Snow looking pretty disheveled.

This is either during the battle, or at the point where all of his… or at least the people he thought were his relatives start rising from the grave.
Or the little flame in the background could mean his dragon is dead.
Here is Brienne of Tarth, leading the battle

If I had to make an educated guess based on all the movies and TV I’ve watched, they’ll probably do slow zooms on every character moments before the battle, and end it with Brienne’s yell from the teaser. Then, the two armies will clash.
Here Jon and Dany gaze upon Winterfell.

Maybe this is moments before the battle, where they’re looking down at their armies. Maybe this is after the battle where Jon and Dany escape.
Finally, we have Tyrion talking with Varys.

I think that Varys and Tyrion are going to have a quality talk in the catacombs either pre and during the battle of Winterfell. I also think that Varys doesn’t make it out alive.
What do you think is going to happen in Episode 3?

Essentially, what do you think is going to happen in the battle of Hogwar– er I mean Helm’s De–I mean the Death St– I mean Tita–…. Darn it!
There are too many big name franchises out there!
