Women are always looking for ways to stay beautiful , and of course, we turn to beauty treatments for that.
There are a plethora of ideas out there for us to try. Sometimes it all works out great, but other times things do go awry. So I thought it would be funny to share some beauty fails we can all relate to somehow.
1. This Quarantine Haircut Fail
This lady stuck in quarantine had nothing to do, so she thought she could become her own hairdresser. Um, there’s a reason the professionals spend time studying their craft. Clearly, it’s not as easy as it sounds, ha, ha!
2. This ‘Professional’ Look
It’s one thing to help a friend out when they’re just starting as a makeup artist. But it’s quite another when this is a supposed professional who did your free homecoming makeup. I guess you get what you pay for, alright.
3. This Worst Makeup Job In Town
We all want to save a buck or two. Am I right? Unfortunately, when you pick the worst-rated makeup artist in town, this is what you should expect. Yes, have a good cry and wash your face ASAP.
4. This Lip Wax Fail
Here’s the reason I’ve never used hot wax on my face, ladies. Those few upper lip hairs aren’t worth burning your face. Next time, make sure the wax isn’t too hot to handle because nobody looks good like this.
5. This Face Mask Fiasco
Beauty companies always warn us to do a patch test to see if we won’t get a reaction, but many of us omit that step. This lady learned a hard lesson after she ended up with a rash from a face mask. Yikes!
6. This Microblading Nightmare
I’ve been thinking of getting microblading done on my eyebrows, but I admit I’m hesitant to do it. It doesn’t help my confidence when I see somebody paying $350 for something as terrible as this. OMG!
7. These Feathered Eyebrows
Speaking of eyebrows, the feathered look is all the rage now. But that doesn’t mean you can accomplish it correctly by yourself. This lady tried, and as you can see, this look isn’t doing her any favors.
8. This Glitter Fail
I’m happy to see people experiment with glitter on their eyes. But having said that, you really need to know what you’re doing, ladies. This horrid look isn’t going to cut it for me or anyone else, hehe.
9. This Bad Contour Job
I have to confess I don’t know how to contour. The whole art of this is pretty much lost on me. But I’m happy to see I’m not the only one. This lady here is pretty clueless, too.
10. This Spray Tan Nightmare
See, here’s why I don’t do spray tan. You never know if you’re not going to ruin your clothing or, in this case, your bedsheets. Next time, put down a blanket before you go to bed. Okay?
11. This Hair Color Disaster
I used to color my own hair. However, I never did any crazy hues, and thank goodness for that. I don’t think my sink would appreciate this kind of disaster here. Good luck cleaning that up.
12. This Blinking Mess
Here’s some advice, ladies. When you do makeup on your eyes, make sure you don’t blink too soon. This lady did, and now she’s forced to fix this awful mess. But at least her eyebrows look good.
13. This Eyelash Curler Revenge
I have to be honest here I’ve never perfected the use of an eyelash curler. It actually scares me a little. And now that I see this happening, I’m going to say the heck away from it, lol.
14. This Bath Bomb Fiasco
This Twitter user had to warn her followers about the Galaxy bath bomb sold at Kroger after it turned her into a “Smurf”. Oh no, this is like my worst nightmare. I hope she was able to get that blue color off her skin eventually.
Oh my goodness, ha, ha.
Just when I thought I was the worst at doing my own makeup, I see that I’m not. That’s quite the relief I have to admit. What was your worst beauty fail? I would love to find out.
