Dentures are something I’ve never really thought much about. I remember the first time I saw my grandfather’s dentures sitting in solution and being totally freaked out, but other than that, they’re something I might need one day but don’t think about now.
However, I will admit I am completely obsessed with the latest denture trend, glitter dentures, which have been popping up all over social media.
Dentures have come a long way and for that, I say thank GOSH.
In fact, denture technology has advanced so much in the past decade that they’re now becoming a fashion accessory.
Yep, you read that right. A FASHION ACCESSORY!
TikTok and Instagram star @denture.tech has been going viral after showcasing their custom glitter dentures.
The denturists at the Chicago-based clinic are bringing sparkly smiles to those looking for something different than the ordinary “denture” look.
Instead of boring pink gums, why not try something fabulous like purple glitter?
Or maybe you’d rather opt for something a bit moodier, like this black set!
“I am obsessed!!! I wish I needed dentures lol,” wrote one TikTok viewer.
“I WaNT these!!!!! My dentures are boring lmaooooo,” said another.
While some people are just getting their top or bottom set, there are plenty of people getting a whole new glittering smile.
I think this is such a fun way to bring fashion and fun into something ordinary.

As for how they look on, it’s safe to say they’re a lot more subtle than you might have thought!
Since you don’t see that much gum, you’d only notice if you’re up close and I think it looks so cool!
