In the months following the explosive Michael Jackson documentary Leaving Neverland , it seems everyone in Hollywood has weighed in on the molestation allegations brought forward by Wade Robson and James Safechuck against Jackson.
From complete denial to vocal support, it seems everyone in Hollywood has something to say about Michael Jackson.
Sheryl Crow
Before making a name for herself in music, Sheryl Crow was Jackson’s backup singer during his “Bad” world tour in the late ’80s. She recently sat down with Britain’s Daily Telegraph newspaper to discuss Michael’s allegations. She said she doesn’t plan on seeing Finding Neverland.

“I haven’t seen the documentary and I don’t want to see it,” she said.
“I was around for some things that I thought were really strange and I had a lot of questions about.”
She also told The Gaurdian that she was surprised Safechuck’s parents decided to let him go on tour with Jackson.
“I happened to turn on CNN the morning after the first half [of the documentary] aired, and they showed clips of the young man who was on the Jackson tour with us and it made me … I mean, I still feel really … ” she confessed.
“It’s like a death in the family, you know? It’s sad.”
“[James Safechuck] was a great kid and the whole time he was with us – which was the better half of an 18-month tour – I always wondered: ‘What in the world are his parents doing?’, you know?”
“I think that there were a lot of exceptions made because of the damage that [Jackson] … I mean, he didn’t intentionally project it, but it was part of his aura – this almost being untouchable and almost alien-like [figure].”
“I feel like there was just a huge network of people that allowed all that to go on. It’s just tragic.”
Tatum O’Neal
Known for her roles in Paper Moon , The Bad News Bears and Little Darlings , O’Neal was a huge movie star in the late 70’s and early 80’s.
When speaking with Good Morning Britain O’Neal was asked how she felt about the explosive Leaving Neverland documentary.
“I don’t know. It’s hard not to believe those boys,” O’Neal replied.
“I didn’t see anything myself,” she continued.
When asked if it sicked her, O’Neal replied “No, it doesn’t sicken me, because there’s so many disgusting things in Hollywood that are now beginning to be uncovered.”
Mike Tyson
In March, Mike sat down with Michael Rapaport on his podcast “I AM RAPAPORT” to discuss his late friend and the controversy surrounding him now.
Tyson has an eight year old son, but revealed he wouldn’t let him hangout with Jackson.
“Michael has a reputation of this,” in regards to Jackson’s sexual molestation charges.
“I have an eight-year-old kid — I wouldn’t let Michael hang out with my kid,” Tyson continued. “I wouldn’t let my kid go over Michael’s house — I love Michael. You know what I mean?”
Tyson also felt the timing of the documentary was convenient, “it comes across that these are guys just out to get some money.”
Barbra Streisand
The 76-year-old Broadway and film icon inexplicably felt the need to defend Jackson during her interview with the British publication The Times. back in March.
Barbra went on to say she “absolutely” believes Safechuck and Robson were sexually assaulted by Jackson.
“I feel bad for the children. I feel bad for him. I blame, I guess, the parents, who would allow their children to sleep with him,” she explained.
“His sexual needs were his sexual needs, coming from whatever childhood he has or whatever DNA he has.”
“You can say ‘molested’, but those children, as you heard say [the grown-up Robson and Safechuck], they were thrilled to be there.”
Diana Ross
As a lifelong friend of Jackson’s, fans were eager to hear what Diana had to say about Jackson, and she took to Twitter to speak out in defense of her friend.
“This is what’s on my heart this morning,” she wrote. “I believe and trust that Michael Jackson was and is a magnificent incredible force to me and to many others.”
“STOP IN THE NAME OF LOVE,” she concluded.
She was, of course, referencing Wade Robson and James Safechuck.
Macaulay Culkin
Macaulay Culkin has always claimed his and Jackson’s friendship was innocent. Earlier this year, Macaulay was interviewed on the “Inside Of You” podcast about his friendship with Michael.
“I think he identified with that. At the end of the day, it’s almost easy to say it was weird or whatever, but it wasn’t because it made sense,” he revealed .
“I was a peerless person, nobody at my Catholic school even had this much idea of what I was going through and he was the person who had been through the exact same thing and wanted to make sure I wasn’t alone,” he said.
Kieran Culkin
Having visited Neverland many times with his brother, Kieran felt the need to break his silence.
“The only thing I can say is that I can’t really say anything and the reason for that is I can’t be helpful to anyone. To me, it seems like there’s two sides to this thing,” he said in an interview with The Gaurdian this past week.
“And because I can’t be helpful on one side or the other, anything I say and anything that gets put out in print could only hurt somebody and there’s already a lot of really hurt feelings,” he explained.
“There are already a lot of people who are in a difficult position and if I contribute in any way, it’s just going to hurt someone because I can’t actually help.”
Lisa Marie Presley
The two were only married for a little over two years, but those years proved to be significant in the life of Jackson, as he was married to Marie following his first child molestation allegations in 1993.
When Michael and Lisa Marie were interviewed by Diane Sawyer in 1995, they addressed Michael’s relationships with young boys.
Lisa Marie defended Michael’s friendships, “I’ve seen this. I’ve seen it a lot. I’ve seen kids. I’ve seen him with children in the last year. “
She continued, “They don’t even let him go to the bathroom without running in there with him.”
“When he jumps in the bed, I’m even out. He jumps in there with them.”
When asked if Lisa Marie would let her own son do that she replied confidently that if it were Michael, it would be okay, ““If I didn’t know Michael, no way. But I happen to know who he is and what he is, and I know that he’s not like that. I know that he has a thing for children.”
