Pentagon Responds To Radar Footage Showing UFOs 'Swarm' Navy Ship

While many of us may have suspected that we're not alone in the universe for years, it hasn't been until fairly recently that UFO sightings were widely accepted as legitimate mysteries and not the stuff of kooky conspiracy theories.

This credibility shift seems to have happened rapidly since the Pentagon announced two years ago that it has been investigating UFO sightings all along.

While that seems to have created an atmosphere in which the CIA could comfortably release their UFO files to the public, it's also had the even more exciting consequence of creating an avenue of potential confirmation when a video claiming to depict a UFO makes its rounds on the internet.

And as we can see in one recent case, it doesn't take long for that confirmation to happen.

Over the past two weeks, blogger and filmmaker Jeremy Corbell has been posting footage of an incident concerning the Navy ship USS Omaha that occurred on July 15, 2019.

As he outlined on his website, this vessel found itself "swarmed" by unidentified spherical aircraft like the one we see in this video.

As far as he could determine, they were observed flying at speeds ranging between 46 miles per hour and 158 miles per hour for longer than an hour before descending into the sea.

He added that going into the sea didn't seem to destroy the craft and no sign of them were found after a submarine searched the area.

As he put it, "No wreckage found. No craft were recovered."

On May 27, Corbell posted an additional clip from the incident, this time of a radar screen aboard the USS Omaha.

In it, multiple objects can be seen circling the ship, which would be positioned in the center of the screen. On his website, Corbell estimated that at least 14 of these craft were spotted that night.

Although it remains unclear what these apparently submersible craft are, we do know that Corbell's video is the real deal.

As NBC News correspondent Gadi Schwartz tweeted out, "Just in from Pentagon spokesperson: 'I can confirm that the video you sent was taken by Navy personnel, and that the UAPTF included it in their ongoing examinations. I have no further information on it for you.'

As we can see in this separate tweet, he also pointed out that this is the third piece of UFO footage Corbell has released that the Pentagon has verified.

Two of those clips are the ones connected to the USS Omaha incident that you've already seen in this article, while the other concerned a pyramid-shaped UFO recorded by personnel aboard the USS Russell.

Those who aren't convinced that they're witnessing extraterrestrial life have instead suggested that we're looking at a drone swarm.

Of course, we can only speculate on what these objects are until more information comes to light.

However, it would still be pretty big news if such a swarm not only surveilled a Navy ship while avoiding identification but had each drone involved plunge into the sea and escape the scene.
