A Makeup Artist With Cystic Acne Shared Her Stunning Before-And-After Pics

Beauty bloggers can really make or break a product. I guess that's why they're called influencers. If they love a product, their endorsement can make it sell out instantly.

Now one beauty product is going viral after a makeup artist used it on her cystic acne.

Her story and mission is really inspiring and I think she's going to change the beauty industry.

Abbie Bull is a beauty blogger and social media influencer.

Abbie's Instagram is full of stunning images like this where she is showing off her latest makeup look.

Okay, I need to know how to get pink hair and then match it perfectly with pink eyeshadow.

Like all Instagram beauty-influencers, posting numerous photos of the hottest trends and newest products is a huge part of Abbie's job.

Beauty bloggers need to be comfortable being in front of the camera. It's how they show off their artistry and teach their followers how to do their makeup.

However, Abbie also suffers from cystic acne.

Cystic acne is the most serious type of acne and can be difficult to treat.

Besides being a beauty blogger, Abbi has also made it her mission to spread skin positivity and be a role model to others who have cystic acne.

She's already my new role model!

Abbie has been very open about her struggles with her skin.

"Although I’m happy within myself now and don’t let my acne bother me, I look back at these pictures and know how hard each and every day was," she wrote on Instagram.

She often shows before-and-after photos on her Instagram account as well.

This is typical of beauty bloggers, but you really don't see many who have acne doing this. Abbie hopes to see more diversity in the beauty industry with models who have acne becoming the norm.

A recent before and after that she posted has now gone viral.

This dramatic transformation took Instagram by storm.

Abbie revealed that she used #FauxFilter Foundation by Huda Beauty to get flawless coverage, but she also reminded her followers that the point of this photo wasn't about covering up her acne.

Since posting about the foundation, other women with acne have been endorsing the product.

Sephora

You can find it at Sephora and although it is a little on the pricey side, it currently has a four-star rating online.

People really, really love this foundation.

Sephora

"I noticed right away how flawless my skin looked and my acne and acne scars were completely gone! I fell in love instantly!" said one Sephora reviewer.

It makes me so happy when people find makeup that works for their skin! Thank you, Abbie, for sharing your recommendation with us.

I can't wait to see what she recommends next!
