One of those epic inventions is the Sliderider, which turns a normal house staircase into a giant fun slide for both kids and adults to enjoy.

With more stay at home orders being put in place to combat the ongoing pandemic, it may be time to transform our staircase from ordinary to extraordinary.

It's time for the house to become an entire play place.

Most kids have been sorely missing the opportunity to play at their local park, or to go to their favorite indoor play zones.

It's hard telling kids "no" when they want to go to these fun places, so we're pretty excited for the chance to tell them "yes" to some fun at home.

The Sliderider is a total breeze to assemble.

Possibly the best part about these slides is that they are mess-free and there's no overly complicated way to get them set up.

Designed by Trisha Cleveland, concept for the slide is simple, yet genius: attach it to your stairs and you're ready to slide all the way down to grab a snack from the kitchen.

Once you're done with the slide and want your stairs back to being...well, stairs, the Sliderider folds up for easy storage!

Of course, kids have been to know to be pretty reckless when it comes to toys like slides, but there's no fear of injury here!

The Sliderider is designed with bumpers along the sides, and at the bottom to prevent any nasty accidents. So play on, kiddos, play on!

Hopefully the wait for these slides won't be long.

After sharing this slide on their website, Quirky quickly discovered that they're an instant hit, and have people eagerly looking to secure one for their own staircase.

Unfortunately, the Sliderider is still in the process of going from a concept to a fully fleshed out creation, so it'll definitely take some time before it's largely available for purchase.

There's just nothing like a fun slide.

We'll be ready for the fantastic day that these Slideriders hit the market, and undoubtedly, other people will be too.

We can't provide exact numbers, but we have a feeling there are going to be a lot of eager buyers lining up for these adorable slides.
