Her lifestyle brand Goop is always seeking out the latest non-toxic beauty, fashion, and health finds.

And yes, Goop has faced a lot of backlash in the past for their kinda pretentious and HELLA expensive recommendations.
Like, suggesting a nearly $1,000 sweater to her audience prolly isn't a relatable move.
And of course, there was the time she appeared on Jimmy Kimmel to advertise her own Goop products.

But was immediately called out for appearing to not know what she was talking about.
Jimmy brought out camel milk and all bets were off.

"Apparently, it's really from camel!" she said, while looking entirely unsure of her own statement.
But fear not! It looks like Gwyneth has found the latest way to check your breast health, and that's something we can all get behind!

It's an issue that affects both men and women!
"October was breast cancer awareness month. I was working and traveling so I punted my annual check up a few weeks," she wrote on Instagram.

"I went to go see my friend @sonobreasts for a radiation-free, pain-free breast scan. I like to do these in between mammograms to cover all my bases."

The comments were filled with support and thankfulness for Gwyneth raising awareness.

Many people pointed out, however, that Gwyneth's radiation-free scan was a luxury that many people can't afford.

It's super good that Gwyneth is raising awareness for breast cancer screenings. It's something we all need to remember!
