The 27-year-old rapper from Los Angeles smoked a cigarette before boarding his flight back to the United States while donning striped pajamas and white Crocs.
After the hip-hop artist's string of stadium performances in support of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, fans waited outside the terminal in anticipation of seeing him and bidding him farewell.
According to the Daily Mail, some people were fortunate enough to get a picture with the Rockstar hitmaker. The musician could be seen giving a fan the peace sign in one picture and a young girl a high-five in another.
This comes after the musician was denied entry into a Perth bar; however, Malone looked in good spirits for his departure.
Due to his extensive tattoo collection, the American chart topper and his entourage were turned away from the posh rooftop bar of the QT Hotel on Murray Street.
Malone violated the venue's stringent dress code, which forbids "offensive tattoos on the face, neck, or body."
Under each eye, Malone has the tattoo "Always Tired," across his hairline is barbed wire, two aces of spades are inked on the corner of his forehead, and a thin sword is inked on his cheek.
Malone received a "sincere apology" from QT Hotels & Resorts for the denial in a statement to Daily Mail Australia.
"At QT, we aim to welcome everyone and celebrate the uniqueness of each individual. QT has been recognized for this for many years," the statement read.
They added;
"However, on Saturday night, our third-party security did not exercise the appropriate discretion and we take full responsibility for this."
"We sincerely apologize to the individuals affected."
After being turned away, Malone left the QT Hotel bar and went to the nearby 18 Knots rooftop bar, where security gave him special permission to enter.
Before unwinding with his entourage, Malone reportedly interacted with fans at this venue, even buying some of them drinks.
In an interview with GQ Style in 2020, Malone explained why he kept getting tattoos on his face.
"I'm a ugly-ass motherf—er," he said. "It does maybe come from a place of insecurity, to where I don't like how I look, so I'm going to put something cool on there so I can look at myself and say, 'You look cool, kid,' and have a modicum of self-confidence, when it comes to my appearance."
