This was first made evident by one professional chef on Instagram. In his viral video, Dan Churchill shared the three cooking mistakes people make when making scrambled eggs.
According to him, the first mistake is an overheated frying pan.

This makes it easier to overcook the eggs. “Keep your pan at medium-high heat so you can control cooking your eggs evenly,” he said.
The second mistake people make is constantly stirring your eggs while they’re cooking.
“You want to create layers, providing an even cooking effort not always stirring them,” he continued.

The final thing you want to do is undercook the eggs. He says the eggs are still cooking with the residual heat once you take them out of the pan.

The secret to this was shared in a viral video by a woman named Yumna.
She runs the popular Feel Good Foodie account on TikTok that has over 1.5 million followers.
Clearly, people trust her!

So when she shared that she has a better way to make omelets, people were jumping for the recipe.
“Crispy inside out omelette! Such a great low carb breakfast and you can top with any ant veggies!” she captioned the video.
The trick is to layer egg on top of a thin sheet of crispy cheese.

To do this, you simply add an even layer of cheese to your pan and let it heat up. While this heats up, you can whisk your eggs in a bowl.
Then, she poured the eggs on top once the cheese began to bubble.

She put salt, pepper, and herbs on her omelette, but you can put whatever you’d like! Everything but the bagel seasoning would taste so good!
Once the eggs start to bubble, you then quickly fold your omelette over and let it cook for a couple more minutes.
In the end, you have an omelette that’s fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.
