Few things are worse than when something you love, whether a snack or beauty product, is discontinued! Unfortunately, we’ve all been there.
So, we asked all of you for your favorite discontinued item that you wish you could bring back!
Snacks and childhood items are particularly bittersweet to miss.

In childhood, it’s easy to get really attached to things like a favorite toy or candy. When those items are discontinued, it feels like saying goodbye to childhood. These items can be nostalgic.
Many people brought up sweet memories from their childhoods.

Snacks from decades past were missed dearly.

Speaking of long-gone sodas…

And these were some commonly mentioned snacks.

Marathon chocolate bars. Kraft cheese spread. The original Doritos. JELL-O pudding pops.
Others were sad about discontinued beauty products.

When you find the right beauty product, it’s super sad when it’s gone. It’s sometimes difficult to find make-up, shampoo, or skincare items you love, so it’s extra tough when they’re never coming back.
Here are some beauty products people wish they could still buy.

Remember those old Herbal Essence shampoos? Everyone misses those, too!
Losing a lipstick shade is the worst.

It’s a challenge to find the perfect shade. And to have it discontinued… tragic!
As Laurie Anderson said, “L’oreal’s Satin Berry lipstick. I loved that shade and it is gone. I have a million lipsticks because I am still trying to find a close match but to no avail.”
Some people were nostalgic for out-of-business stores.

These stores are still missed!

Other stores mentioned include Borders and Blockbuster.
Some products were missed because of a recipe change.

Fast food items often don’t stick around.

Over the years, fast-food franchises have introduced and discontinued various items. A few that people still miss include the salad shakers from McDonald’s and taco salad from Taco Bell.
Others took a more humorous approach.

While the majority of people brought up actual items, others were nostalgic for the past in different ways. For example, Barbara Hollis had this to say, “my younger body.”
Sometimes, we all just miss a time when we had fewer worries!
What items would you add?
