If you have to worry about your partner being faithful after a night out, you might be with the wrong person. A woman on TikTok named Cat ( @caaatttttt23 ) posted a viral vid earlier this month showing how loyal her husband is. While blackout drunk one night, Cat approached her husband, who informed her that he was married. The TikTok ended up gaining a lot of attention since it was uploaded at the beginning of December.

The 17-second TikTok consists of Cat giggling as she approaches her husband, who is intoxicated and slumped over on a stone post next to a parking lot. “Excuse me sir?” she says as she approaches her husband. After asking if he’s okay, the husband responds with “I’m married,” and “I can’t go home with you.”
Cat once again asks if he’s okay, insisting she does not want to go home with him. He says yes, and the video ends. Little did the husband know, he’d been talking to his wife the entire time.
Since being uploaded, the TikTok has been viewed over 2.8 million times. Over 600,000 people liked it, and hundreds of users couldn’t help but share their thoughts in the comment section.

Though he was drunk, probably confused, and definitely had no idea who he was talking to, Cat’s husband stayed loyal and didn’t even think about trying to stray from his relationship. Commenters loved it, using it as proof that being drunk isn’t an excuse for stepping out on your significant other.

Viewers, mostly women, laughed alongside Cat, who obviously thought her husband’s drunken behavior was pretty funny. Users especially laughed at the way the husband immediately informed Cat that he was married, as if the only reason anyone would approach him was to try and pick him up.
