Recently, one TikTok user’s video has everyone convinced there is an afterlife
Beth Gallery shared a video of her dog with TikTok users, showcasing that he may be able to see her father — who passed away eight months ago. She shared that her dog has shown her all of the times her father has visited them after losing him.
Her dog, Blue, loves his toys but only plays with them under a certain circumstance
She showcased a video of Blue waiting for someone to throw his toys. Blue, she claimed, only likes to play with his toys if someone else will throw them and play along with him. He doesn’t quite find it as fun if he’s playing by himself.
However, sometimes Beth catches Blue playing with his toys, with “something” not there
She showcases video clips of her dog grabbing his toys and bringing them back to an empty spot on the couch. He does this a few times, and Beth is convinced that her dog can feel or see something there — quite possibly her late father.
She also shares that Blue used to lick her dad’s feet
When her father was alive, her dog also used to lick his feet. In later videos, the TikTok user shares her dog licking the couch in specific areas where her father used to sit.
This shows the TikTok user that her father may not be far away, as her dog shows signs that he’s close by.

She says it makes her feel like her father’s presence is very close by. Her dog may see things that she may not see on her own, but all of the signs point to her dad visiting them often.
People in the comments had a lot of emotions

Others felt the same. “He probably sees your dad sitting there and doesn’t understand why he can’t throw the toy and play with him,” added T.
Others believed her father was there

One person said her dog helped her see her dad, too
“The day after my Dad passed away suddenly, I went into his house the next day to start cleaning, took my kelpie (the last gift he bought me), on entering it felt wrong to not announce myself so I said ‘Just us Dad!’ I clearly heard “through here” from the sitting room, scout (kelpie) ran through and I found her wagging her tail confused looking at his chair. I just know she had seen him as I had heard him. it still brings me comfort. but breaks my heart at the same time. I miss him every day. I’m sorry for your loss,” said Diana Watson.
