When it comes to celebrity families, I like to consider myself somewhat of an expert. I mean, I can list the entire Kardashian family tree on command, which is impressive, right?
Apparently, not every famous family is as easy to get to know.

The Richie family seems to be one of those families who we only see when they want to be seen.
Even though there are several big names in this fam, when you think about it, how often do you really hear from them?
First, there’s singer/songwriter, Lionel Richie.
Even though I’m a ’90s kid, I still know all the words to his earlier hits like “All Night Long” and “Endless Love.”
Which really isn’t that impressive because my entire Spotify playlist is made up of funk and soul musicians from the ’80s.
Then, there’s Lionel’s daughter, Nicole Richie.
If you at all followed the media in 2003, then you’ll know who Nicole is.
She was best friends with Paris Hilton, once upon a time, and they starred in The Simple Life together from 2003 until 2007.
You probably also know Lionel’s youngest daughter, Sofia.
She was friends with the Jenner sisters, and not too long ago, was seen dating Justin Bieber.
Now she’s publicly dating Scott Disick, who once dated Kourtney Kardashian for nearly a decade, and have three children together.
Now I don’t know about you, but I was honestly surprised to learn that Lionel actually has a son.
Which, in turn, means that Nicole and Sofia have a brother.
Duh.
His name is Miles Brockman Richie, and he’s 24 years old!
The quick breakdown of the family tree is that Lionel and his wife, Brenda Harvey, adopted Nicole when she was very young.
After Lionel and Brenda divorced in 1993, he married Diane Alexander in 1995. Together, they had Miles and Sofia.

So obviously, if you’re here right now, you want to see and know more about Miles.
Based on a quick Instagram lurk, I can tell you that he is a model.
Okay, I actually crept him for a good hour, but this guy has some weird posts, so you can’t really blame me.
You can often catch him sharing some fire photos of himself or with his family.
He also shares a suspiciously high number of photos that feature Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. I don’t really know why.
For someone who claims to know a lot about celebrity families, I’m disappointed in myself for not knowing about this mysterious brother.
I mean, he’s attended award shows with the family in the past. It’s not like he’s been living a life of isolation or anything.
Still, I never seemed to notice, or paid enough attention.
Sorry, Miles. As a fellow middle child, let me tell you that being forgotten is nothing new.
But trust me, I’m going to start paying attention now.
Because did I mention that Miles is a model?
Oh, by the way, he’s a model.
And there you go. Now you know what the Richie family is up to.
Sofia is also a model, and is busy keeping up with Scott.
Nicole is out there, doing her thing.
Honestly, last I checked she had two children with Joel Madden and is the creative director of the jewelry line, House of Harlow, but I’m still waiting for The Simple Life reunion.
And we’ll be watching Miles a little more closely now that we know he exists.
What’s funny is that this isn’t the first time that we’ve discovered celebrity siblings.
So Miles, if you’re reading this, you’re not alone.
I was shocked to learn that Lady Gaga has a sister, Natali.
In fact, if you look carefully, you can spot her cameo in the “Telephone” music video!
Vin Diesel apparently has a twin brother, who looks nothing like him.
Before you say it, I know. Not all twins are identical. But that doesn’t mean I can’t be a little shook, okay?
His brother’s name is Paul , and as far as we know, he works as a film editor in Hollywood.
There’s an 18-year-old Kardashian family member we didn’t know existed until recently.
Her name is Natalie , and she’s a cousin to the Kardashians.
Remember how I said I could recite the Kardashian family tree? I just added Natalie to said tree.
It took me way too long to realize that Gigi and Bella Hadid have a younger brother, Anwar.
And surprise surprise, Anwar is also a model.
Let me tell you, these mystery brothers certainly know how to fly under the radar.
Gigi, Bella and Anwar also have two older sisters, Marielle and Alana, on their father’s side.
And to literally nobody’s surprise, the modeling genes definitely run in the family .
How many of you were today years old when you learned that there is a THIRD Hemsworth brother?
His name is Luke. He’s the oldest of the three brothers, and he mostly acts on Australian television.
There’s also a third Franco brother.
That’s right, James and Dave aren’t the only Francos in this family.
And yep, you guessed it — Tom is the middle child. No shocker there.
I guess what I’m saying is that I’m willing to admit to not being an expert on every celebrity family in Hollywood.
There are probably a lot more mystery siblings roaming around out there that I don’t know exist yet!
But I do know that they’ll probably be a budding model or actor.
And I’m putting money on the fact that they’re probably the middle child. I said what I said.
