Gracie Bon, the plus-size model and influencer who always gets people talking because of her curvy shape, had another moment that made headlines.
She just got back from Disneyland and shared what happened with her followers. According to her, people kept staring—some even took videos of her.
Gracie Bon said she felt like a “zoo animal” when people started staring at her

In a viral Instagram video that’s racked up 5.4 million views, Gracie straight-up asked, “Is it just me or are people not used to seeing big girls like me at Disneyland?”
Even with all the staring, she didn’t let it kill her vibe. “Had so much fun,” she said.

But she quickly realized something—people weren’t just looking, they were straight-up recording her.
One seat wasn’t enough for her and brought her even more attention

Since one seat wasn’t enough for her on the Slinky Dog ride, she needed two—but she laughed it off. “That just means double the fun!”
And just for content, she had everything documented online

Instead of letting it get to her, she decided to “change the game.” She brought her camera sunglasses to the park and handed them to her brother, letting him capture everything that was going on.
“If they were going to record me, I was going to record them,” Gracie said. So, she had her brother film the people who couldn’t stop staring.

Reacting to the video, Gracie said, “I couldn’t believe my eyes. People were shocked to see my body, like hello, this is America—almost 40% of people here are plus-size, so why were they acting like I was some rare creature?”
Gracie shed the light on the one thing people still don’t always accept

As someone who proudly promotes body positivity, Gracie wasn’t happy with how people reacted to her at the park.
“What do people expect me to do? Shrink myself so I can go to an amusement park?” she asked. “I can’t just wake up one day and be skinny,” she added. “It’s 2025, and people need to realize that not everybody looks the same—and that’s okay.”
But people came for her in the comments: “You thrive off of the attention”

Gracie’s post got a lot of reactions, and people didn’t hold back in the comments.
One person commented, “You’re not naturally ‘big,’ that’s the issue,” while someone else added, “No one wants to see that at a theme park with children.”
“Girl, you know why,” one user said, and another bluntly stated, “You thrive off of the attention.”
She finally shut down the rumors: “This is literally what God gave me”
This isn’t the first time Gracie has spoken out about this. Back in June 2024, she had a similar experience at Disneyland Paris. According to her, people kept staring, taking photos, and even laughing at her. “They gave me bad looks all the time,” she recalled.
Gracie made it clear that her body is “literally what God gave” her and denied having any plastic surgery. “I know you may think I’m exaggerating and that it’s my fault for being a big girl,” she said. “But this is literally what God gave me, and I have to embrace every single part.”
