A fresh lawsuit has emerged, claiming legendary Aerosmith Steven Tyler engaged in an illicit affair with a 16-year-old girl and insisted she gets an abortion. While he’s not named in the suit, he’s one of the 50 defendants identified as nameless (John Doe).

The accuser, Julia Holcomb, has come forward in the past to talk about their relationship and even quoted directly from the singer’s 2011 memoir in the suit. Tyler described his time spent frolicking with an underage girl and tagged it as “involuntary infamy” but insisted they had a romantic, loving relationship.
Tyler And Holcomb First Meeting
Holcomb met Tyler for the first time after her 16th birthday during an Aerosmith concert in Portland, Oregon. Tyler who was 25 at that time allegedly took Holcomb to his hotel room and has a lengthy discussion about her age and family.

The accuser proceeded and said Tyler performed a number of criminal sexual conducts on her and even continued to have s*x with her after flying her across different states as a minor at that time specifically to Seattle for an Aerosmith concert.

By 1975, Holcomb got pregnant at 17 with Tyler’s son. When the singer found out, she mandated her to get an abortion after a fire incident at their apartment. She claimed Tyler said the unborn baby suffered from a lack of oxygen despite the claims being dismissed by a professional.

17-year-old Holcomb was distraught about getting rid of her baby but was left with no choice as Tyler threatened to withdraw his financial support, after which she left the singer and went back home to begin the journey of recovery.

Holcomb’s suit, which she filed under California’s legislation temporarily waiving limitations on child s*x abuse, accuses Tyler of sexual assault, sexual battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
