Some things in life happen and we cannot explain why or how — they’re just truly incredible miracles and occurrences. These are the kind of stories you read or see on the news and think, “Wow, sometimes life is truly beautiful.”
Like, the kind of story where two sisters give birth to two healthy babies on the same exact day.

Simone and Shari were both due in July, just at different times. However, the two ended up giving birth to their two daughters on the same exact day.
The day also happened to be their father, Elmo’s, birthday.

On July 3rd, both Liberty and Hailey were born at Mercy Medical Center, and Elmo was clearly a proud grandfather to have not one, but two birthday gifts.
Simone had been scheduled for a C-section on July 3rd.

She claims she had “purposely” scheduled her C-section for the 3rd, knowing it was her dad’s birthday, too.
However, they had no idea that Shari would go into labor on the same day.

Shari told CBS News: “They’re like twins…they’ll be close.” The girls were born only four and a half hours apart.
Obviously, this family has a lot to celebrate in July.

With the cousins sharing a birthday and Elmo also celebrating, their 4th of July parties will be ones to remember every year.
Shari and Simone aren’t the only sisters who have given birth on the same day.

In 2018, twin sisters Jalynee Crawford and Janelle Leopoldo found themselves in a similar situation.
The two had both suffered miscarriages and ended up getting pregnant again around the same time.

Due to having high-risk pregnancies, they had to schedule their deliveries via C-sections. The doctors said they could schedule them for the same day, as long as they didn’t go into early labor.
The two decided to schedule them for the same day, as they had gone on this journey together.

They gave birth in the same hospital, and had their babies delivered by the same doctor. They both had boys, too!
And, they got to celebrate their boy’s 1st birthdays together, too.

Each photo shared reminds social media users that sometimes in life, things just work out so beautifully.
Pregnancy can definitely be a hard time in any mom’s life.

Sometimes, it feels like no one around you gets what you’re going through because your body is going through so much.
But, sharing the moments of pregnancy and child birth with your sister is something truly special.

Plus, getting to watch them grow up together side-by-side is a miracle all on its own!
