While there continues to be a lot of controversy surrounding the Oscars , I want to bring you all a clip I’ve been rewatching non-stop just because it makes me so dang happy — and I think that’s what we all need right now, right?
The aforementioned clip involved Academy Award winner Rita Moreno at this past weekend’s award show, and let’s just say she was feeling herself.

While chatting on the red carpet, Rita gave a rundown of her outfit that has consumed my every waking thought for three days.
As you can see, she looks gorgeous .
“This is from France,” Rita said gesturing to her headpiece. She then explained she wore a black wig underneath because “what the h**l.”
“And then I put on this little thing because I thought, ‘what the h**l?'” she said of the beauty mark on her cheek.
“And I just love the way I look!” she laughed. “Kill me, sue me!”
I am so obsessed with the self-love that is radiating from Rita — as it should! We should all be our own #1 fans.
