I’m the kind of obnoxious person that likes to refer to myself as a pet parent. Or, worse, a paw-rent . This is what happens when you’re an unmarried millennial without children. This is what you become. Soak it up.
As a proud pawrent, I find joy in spending time with my beloved fur baby. But I also find joy in sitting beside him while scrolling through some hilarious quotes poking playful, yet highly relatable fun at him.
If this sounds like something you’d be interested in doing as well, you’re in luck because I’ve complied such a list of excellent quotes, just for you!
It’s a risky game he just can’t stop playing with me.
I can’t even tell you how many times a day I turn around and just about fall flat on my face because my dog was right at my feet, grinning up at me.
The worst is when I’m in the kitchen. That’s where he somehow figures if he can make me stumble into the refrigerator and drop everything I’m holding while he trips me, then maybe he’ll end up with some delicious floor scraps.
Because he deserves to be warm and cozy, even if he doesn’t want to be.
I’m pretty sure my dog has zero need for blankets. In fact, he prefers sleeping beside open windows in my house because he likes feeling the cold breeze through his fur.
So why then, I ask you, do I own six blankets that I bought exclusively for him? And why do I insist on draping one over him every single night, as if I’m tucking my child into bed? Why ?
BRB, I’m just going to go jump off a bridge now.
There’s literally nothing worse than unintentionally hurting your dog, because you know that beautiful little soul deserves nothing but all the joy and happiness in the world, and yet you’re the reason he gave a sad little yelp of pain.
You should be ashamed of yourself.
Why is it always at 3 AM??
I’m not sure what gets into my dog after midnight, but that’s when he spies his perfect opportunity for some good licking. Doesn’t matter if the entire house is quiet, doesn’t matter if he should be sleeping and has no business being up so early.
He will still wander into my bedroom, plop himself down right beside my bed, and go to town so I have to wake up to that beautiful noise every single night.
