All eyes were on the Fairfax Virginia courtroom Wednesday as supermodel and Johnny Depp’s ex-girlfriend Kate Moss testified about her relationship with the actor. When questioned about a night on vacation with Johnny in the ’90s, the 48-year-old clarified that the Pirates of the Caribbean actor never pushed her down the stairs, as was alleged by Amber Heard in court earlier this month.
Earlier this month, “Aquaman” star Amber Heard mentioned Johnny’s supermodel ex while discussing an alleged altercation between the actor and her sister, Whitney Henriquez.
Amber alleged that her sister was near a staircase “in the line of fire … trying to get Johnny to stop,” which reminded Amber of the rumored incident with Kate.

“[Whitney’s] back was to the staircase, and Johnny swings at her,” the 36-year-old testified.
“I don’t hesitate, I don’t wait — I just, in my head, instantly think of Kate Moss and stairs.
And I swung at him,” she said of the alleged March 2015 incident between herself, her sister Whitney and Johnny.
On Wednesday morning, Kate captivated the courtroom while testifying about her relationship with Johnny.
As fans will recall, Kate and Johnny started dating in 1994 when Kate was 20 and Johnny was 31. The pair were together for four years before calling it quits.
While on the stand, Kate recalled the night in question, explaining the pair were on vacation in Jamaica and it had just rained heavily moments before she went down the stairs.
“We were leaving the room and Johnny left the room before I did. There had been a rainstorm and as I left the room I slid down the stairs.”
“I hurt my back. And I screamed because I didn’t know what had happened.”
As reported by Daily Mail, the actor came running back to help her. “[He] carried me to my room and got me medical attention,” Kate testified.
When asked by Johnny’s legal team if the actor had ever pushed her down any stairs, Kate replied “no.”
“He never pushed me, kicked me or threw me down any stairs,” she said .
The model was then asked if she has ever testified in any case before, to which she replied “No.”
Kate’s short but powerful testimony made waves across the courtroom and on social media. As fans know, the supermodel is notoriously private, so this very public gesture was significant.
Now, fellow supermodel Naomi Campbell is praising her friend for her bravery in taking the witness stand.
Sharing a screenshot of an article detailing Kate’s testimony on her Instagram story, Naomi wrote: “YES WAGON TELL IT !!”
“Wagon” has been Naomi’s affectionate nickname for Kate for years now.
The trial between Johnny and Amber is in its sixth and final week.
