Mickey Rourke was removed from the Celebrity Big Brother UK house this past weekend. According to ITV, it was because of what they called “inappropriate language and instances of unacceptable behavior.”
He had only been in the house for about a week.
Rourke makes controversial comments to JoJo Siwa
Things started to go off the rails during an episode that aired on Wednesday. Rourke asked JoJo Siwa about her s*xuality, straight-up asking if she liked girls or boys.
She told him she’s into girls and has a partner. Then he made a comment suggesting he could change that.
He suggests he could “change” her s*xuality

“If I stay longer than four days, you won’t be gay anymore,” he said.
“I can guarantee I will still be gay and I will still be in a very happy relationship,” Siwa responded.
Things escalate with a disturbing comment

He didn’t stop there. He followed up by saying to her, “I’ll tie you up.”
The whole thing just kept getting more uncomfortable.
He makes another remark that sparks outrage
Later, when he was talking with other housemates, Rourke said he’d “vote the lesbian out real quick” — clearly talking about Siwa.
“That’s homophobic,” said Siwa, who overheard what he said.
A questionable statement raises further concerns
Then came another moment that raised eyebrows. Rourke said, “I need a f–,” while motioning toward Siwa.
He added that he wasn’t speaking to her — just referring to a cigarette — but given the context, it wasn’t exactly clear what he meant.
Other housemates react and try to support Siwa
Chris Hughes, who people know from Love Island Season 3 and now as a TV presenter, stood up for Siwa.
He told Rourke, “You can’t say that.” When Siwa got upset and started crying, Hughes was there trying to comfort her.
Rourke receives a warning from Big Brother
Not long after, Rourke got called into the “diary room.” That’s where Big Brother gave him a formal warning for the things he said.
“Mickey, Big Brother thinks your language was offensive and unacceptable,” the voice told him. Rourke said he understood, and he did end up apologizing to Siwa.
She said she appreciated the apology.
Siwa nominates Rourke for eviction
By Friday, Siwa had nominated Rourke for the show’s first eviction.
Her team didn’t give any comment at the time.
Rourke’s behavior continues during a task disagreement
But things didn’t settle down. On Saturday, according to ITV, Rourke got into it again — this time with Hughes — during a task in the house.
That’s when the housemates are given challenges to complete. No one got physical, but ITV said Rourke’s attitude felt threatening and aggressive.
They didn’t share much more beyond that.
ITV confirms Rourke left after a final warning
