Both my lease and my city have ordinances stating I wasn’t to have non running cars just sitting around. She also left odds n ends in the house that I took the courtesy of packing up and putting in the car so she could take it all in one go. I warned her repeatedly that I couldn’t have her car, which wasn’t even in my name, sitting there. She kept giving me the run around. Even tried to have me lie and say it was mine. After she had been gone for about a month and a half I had it labeled as an abandoned car, and then 3 days after that I had it towed at her expense. You held onto your ex’s stuff for 4 months and she didn’t even bother to reach out about it even after you warned her. Not your problem.”
