Wow! Man, I gotta know… was there something wrong with her teeth? Were they not like the ones in the comics? Were they… bad teeth?
Please, don’t keep me in the dark any longer!
Either way, even if there was something wrong, it’s kind of r**e to ask someone to change their appearance!
There have been many Spider-Men over the years.
We have the current MCU Spider-Man. We had the dark times (you know who you are).
And finally, we had the granddaddy of them all, the King of Swing, Grand Master of Making Weds, the Sultan of… Swing.
Toby Maguire’s Spider-Man.
Ooh, baby! Look out folks, masterpiece coming your way!
This trilogy was great (well, the first two movies were great) and they were made even greater by the actors who portrayed the characters.
Already gave you your props Toby, but we also got Willem Dafoe as the Green Goblin, James Franco as Harry Obsborne…
And of course, Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane Watson.
But apparently, she had some trouble with some of the people who made the movie:
“I’ve always said no. Like, it’s my life, you know? I remember once with Spider-Man, they kept at me with this one stunt where they strung me to the top of the ceiling and basically I bungee jumped.”
“I didn’t really want to do it, and when I tried it I said, ‘Well, you should’ve shot that because I’m never doing it again. You’ll have to find another way”.
She goes on to talk about how they wanted her to change her teeth:
“And on Spider-Man one of the producers tried to subtly coerce me into changing my teeth into those perfect Barbie doll teeth. I was like, ‘Nope, not doing that either’.”
