Things between Pete Davidson and Kate Beckinsale have been heating up lately.
They were recently photographed getting quite cozy at a hockey game.
I mean, isn’t that the understatement of the year? Cozy? More like HELLA COMFORTABLE.
Like, they forgot they were in public comfortable.
Their relationship has everyone curious but also confused.
Not me though, I’ve always loved loved loved Pete Davidson.
They haven’t been keeping their relationship under too much lock and key.
Honestly, that’s like an Olympic sport in Hollywood, this is probably easier.
People haven’t been shy to voice their opinions on their relationship.
Especially because Kate is much older than Pete — 20 years to be specific.
Pete has dated some of thr most talented and beautiful women in Hollywood, he’s an inspiration to us all, tbh.
But granted, Kate only dates hotties.
Now what you need to know is that comedian Matt Rife is Kate’s ex-boyfriend.
They dated for about a year back in 2017.
Matt Rife is a 23 year old former comedian turned fitness model from Ohio.
And in a desperate attempt to stay relevant moment of vulnerability , he spoke with TMZ.
Needless to say, buddy had a few interesting comments about his ex.
“We dated for a year and it was complicated — a lot of ups and downs. She moved on and I’m happy…” he told TMZ .
“I’m hoping they’re both getting out of it whatever they wanna get out of it,” he said.
Which sounds nice enough…
But when asked if he had any advice to Pete, his only offering was to “run”.
“Enjoy it while you can. I hope they’re both happy. I hope that it can build to where it’s an established good relationship,” he said. “Just be careful,” he added.
He also said that if given the chance, he would “absolutely not” date Kate again.

Kate obviously has a type.
Something tells me that Pete isn’t going to take this advice and suddenly ditch Kate.
Am I the only one who wants to sit down with Matt to hear his dating horror stories?
But for now, I’ll just admire him from afar.
