Most moms know that pregnancy is a far cry from the perfectly styled maternity photos that you see on Instagram. And no one knows this better than Jessica Simpson .
She shared the good, the bad, and the ugly with her fans when it came to her third pregnancy. Now, a few months after giving birth, she’s shared a hilarious update on her super swollen feet.

In case you missed it, earlier this year, Jessica Simpson was pregnant with her third baby.
She kept fans updated during the whole process, from her gorgeous baby shower to this hilarious bump pic captioned “Jess-tation”.
This wasn’t the easiest pregnancy for Jessica.
She was hospitalized a few times because of bronchitis.
She also experienced swollen feet, which while common during pregnancy, were so uncomfortable that Jess took to Instagram and Twitter to ask for help.
She even shared this before-and-after shot as she reminisced about her pre-pregnancy feet.
I think every expecting mom looks at her closet of non-maternity clothes and fun sandals and longs to be back in them. We felt for ya, Jess.
Eventually, Jessica turned to cupping to help with the swelling.
These heated cups create suction and are said to help with circulation and swelling. It looked like it worked for Jess.
Finally, after a long pregnancy, Jessica welcomed her baby girl.
Little Birdie Mae Johnson made her debut in March 2019. The Johnson family looks so happy about their newest addition!

As someone who had swollen feet after giving birth, this is truly a milestone I understand. Heck, I think most moms understand this feeling.
