Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, made headlines when they announced that they would be stepping back from their royal duties to live a more normal life out of the United Kingdom.
Initially, Harry and Meghan had announced they would be moving to Vancouver Island in Canada.
However, reports quickly emerged that the couple and their young son Archie had moved to Los Angeles in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Some believe this move is to help with Meghan’s first post-royal job.
Meghan is narrating the Disneynature film Elephant in exchange for a donation to Elephants Without Borders, so some are assuming the move to LA is to make this job, and jobs like this, easier in the future.
Others are not so pleased with the move.
President Donald T***p took to Twitter to announce that the United States would not be paying for their security, which had been a debate when their move to Canada was announced, since Canada is a commonwealth country.
“I am a great friend and admirer of the Queen & the United Kingdom,” T***p stated.
“It was reported that Harry and Meghan, who left the Kingdom, would reside permanently in Canada. Now they have left Canada for the U.S.,” the President tweeted on Sunday afternoon.
“However, the U.S. will not pay for their security protection. They must pay!”
However, Chris Ship, an ITV reporter, has confirmed that “A spokesperson for Harry and Meghan has just told us that ‘The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have no plans to ask the U.S. government for security resources.'”
“Privately funded security arrangements have been made.”
It looks as though the President may have been speaking a bit too early, although it’s likely that U.S. taxpayers are quite happy with this news either way.
Many agreed with T***p’s decision regardless.
Many felt that it should always have been expected that Harry and Meghan would be covering their own security costs as they chose to move to LA of their own volition.
Others felt that T***p shouldn’t have spoken out.
Fans of the former royal couple felt that T***p shouldn’t have tweeted if Harry and Meghan had not asked for the U.S. to cover their security fees.
Still others felt that the President was attempting to create a distraction.
