A new wax figure of Euphoria star, Zendaya, unveiled at Madame Tussauds wax museum in London has fans talking.
In February, the popular wax showcase unveiled its latest rendition of the Spider-Man: No Way Home actress dressed in a hot pink suit. Unfortunately, not many people are seeing a likeness between the two.
Zendaya fans are not impressed with the latest wax figure of her displayed at a Madame Tussauds wax museum in London.

This doesn’t exactly come as a surprise, however. Madame Tussauds is no stranger to criticism of their former works.
In the past, figures of A-listers like Rihanna and Beyoncé displayed in Madame Tussauds museums have garnered harsh reactions for looking “absolutely nothing like” them.

This is a wax version of Beyoncé located at the Madame Tussauds in Niagara Falls, Canada.
Need I say more?
This wax figure of Rihanna located in Berlin received a ton of comments from “confused” fans who thought it looked a lot more like Lily Allen.

“Were they working from memory or…?” one Instagram user commented, while another added, “Lily Allen with a spray tan?”
“I am very confused.” another said. “Like, who would sign off on this?”
The latest addition to Madame Tussauds collection, Zendaya, is also receiving mixed reviews.

” Zendaya just exudes cool. Not only that, she uses her celebrity status to join conversations, thoughtfully, on important social issues,” Tim Waters, general manager at Madame Tussauds London, told PopSugar of their decision to immortalize the actress.
“She is unapologetically herself — and we, along with her fans, love that about her,” he said, adding that with the possibility of the 25-year-old moving to England to be closer to her boyfriend, Tom Holland, he thought, what better time than now?

While the sentiment was nice, fans don’t think that they quite did the “Replay” singer justice.
“With rumors circulating that Zendaya is soon to become a Londoner herself, the timing to pay homage to her at Madame Tussauds London could not be better,” he added.

After unveiling the figure, fans quickly criticized it for looking more like Kylie Jenner, and not accurately capturing Zendaya’s true essence.
The biggest takeaways were that the figure’s mouth and pout were “completely wrong.”

“What in the Kylie Jenner?” one Twitter user wrote , while another added, “You accidentally Kylie Jenner’d her.”
“That wax figure does not look like Zendaya,” one person commented via Instagram, adding:

“The jawline, eyes, nose — completely wrong and she does not ever do the duck pout!” they wrote . “The thing she’s doing with her lips is giving Kylie Jenner. The real Zendaya has never made that face in her life.”
Another person chimed in, pointing out that even the decision to put her in the hot pink power suit seemed bizarre, as the actress has worn countless and arguably more iconic outfits in her career.

“This doesn’t look like her at all,” they shared on Instagram. “And I’m seriously confused about the outfit. She has rocked some seriously iconic looks and this is what you went with? Why?”
“Who is this woman…She looks like a Kardashian. Change it!” another sounded off .
