I tend not to pay much attention to social media. Why do I care who tweeted what, or what my crazy aunt said on Facebook, or what the heck Snapchat even is ?! I have more important things going on, because I’m very busy and important.
There’s one social media platform that might have its benefits, though, and because I’m such a kind person I’ll share those benefits with you right now. Hint: there’s a six pack of them, and they’re all located on Chris Hemsworth, and he shares them sometimes on Instagram.

While nothing gets my heart pumping like a Chris Hemsworth workout (well, watching one, anyway), I think this style of affirmation video is definitely more my speed.

Weird how when MY family shares baby photos of me on social media, it’s embarrassing, but when Chris does it, it’s too precious for this world.
Chris’ most recent shots definitely caught a lot of fans’ attention, for obvious reasons.
The first shot in the series showcased Chris and his family standing in front of some gorgeous water, but most people were more interested in commenting on Chris’ abs!
“I think you can see Chris’ abs from space!” one fan joked.
“U can see his abs from a mile away,” one fan wrote with a laughing emoji.
Not every comment was about his abs, though — some were about his biceps! “Your arm must be bigger than my leg, dude,” one commenter wrote.
Chris is in incredible shape for a reason — as he wrote in his caption, he starts filming Thor: Love And Thunder this week!
Not all of his costars are excited for the incredible shape he’s in, though.
Chris Pratt, who plays Star-Lord in the upcoming film, already commented on one of Hemsworth’s workout shots , writing, “Hey bud. Just heard from my trainer and he needs you to stop working out because since we’re gonna be in the same movie and everything he doesn’t want me to stand next to you if you look like that.”
“So I’m gonna need you to put on 25 lbs real quick cool thanks,” Pratt finished.
If Chris Hemsworth finds it as easy to put on 25 pounds as I do, I’m sure he’d be able to fulfill the other Chris’ request in just a few weeks and a couple of large pizzas. If he needs my help, I’m more than happy to give him some tips!
While I always appreciate a shirtless Chris, I’m even more excited for the next *Thor* movie to get under way!
