I’m going to be real with you guys, this article is going to be gross.
So if you have a weak stomach, then you should probably move on.
However, if you’re here on the internet to see some gross stuff, then we can proceed. Ready? Ready.
So, who remembers Dr. Pimple Popper?
It was one of those shows on TLC that was just designed to gross you out.
There was constantly puss leaking out of stuff and big pustules exploding everywhere. It was disgusting.
Now before we get into the disgusting, let’s shed some much needed light.
Sandra Lee, who works from California, is actually a really good dermatologist and helps a lot of people.
And she even launched her own line of skin care products so people could hopefully avoid surgery.
Which is awesome.
After all, she’s in the business of helping people!
Because of her skill of expertise, she doesn’t only pop pimples!
She does a number of surgeries, including lipomas.
Which we will explain, so don’t worry.
So what is a lipoma?
Nothing pleasant, I can tell you that much.
It is a benign tumor made of fat tissue, so no, it’s not cancerous.
What causes it?
Doctors aren’t 100% certain! I know, helpful, isn’t it?
They do think that it could just be bad genes. So blame your parents.
What are some risks that can cause you to get one?
Here is a short but helpful list:
It can be caused by obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes, liver disease, and glucose intolerance.
Once it turns into something painful, you should go and see a doctor.
If it’s becoming red and turns very hard, then make an appointment with your dermatologist now!
So recently, she did something especially gross.
She pulled this massive thing from the back of some guy’s neck and it is truly disgusting.

And it’s really, really awful. She takes out a lipoma from this guy’s neck and it’s literally the size of his pancreas.
It’s truly disgusting.
