Well, if you wanted to know David’s daughter’s perspective, you’re in luck! David’s three daughters are opening up about their father’s love in a new interview with People .
As you deffs know by now, 70-year-old David Foster married 36-year-old Katharine McPhee last year.
People had A LOT to say about the couple’s love, and their significant age gap.
34 years, to be exact!
But apparently, the only beef David’s daughters have with Katharine is what a smoke show she is! Which is fair, cause girlfriend is GORGEOUS!
“Our biggest issue with [Katharine] is how hot she is,” David’s 37-year-old daughter Erin tells People .
However, the girls love having Katharine around and say the age gap has been helpful in their relationship! “Interestingly, the age difference has played a role in a positive way,” David’s daughter Erin explained.
“Our dad comes from a generation where women are more passive. He is also passive about his feelings. Kat has really pushed him to open up,” she continued.
“Her body is insane. When she comes over for family Sundays, I’m like, ‘Do not get in a bikini.’ My husband’s always like, ‘Kat, get in the pool!’ And I’m like, ‘Simon…'”
Apparently all of the men in David’s family love when Katherine comes around the pool, which isn’t cringey at alllll for these poor women, lol.
“We could get into a fight, and then Kat’s like, ‘No, you have to pick up the phone, call your daughter back.’ She’s a facilitator, which is really important. She pushes him to be more emotional and more vulnerable.”
