Grace Springer, the 28-year-old Coldplay fan who was filming the kiss cam at their Boston concert on July 16, was the one to expose a tech CEO and his HR chief being intimate.
After her video went viral, people found out that the Astronomer CEO is a married man with two kids, and she’s now sharing her thoughts on the drama.
She didn’t mean for it to go viral

Speaking to the US Sun, Grace admitted she never meant to cause all this drama, having filmed and posted the video as part of her evening at the concert.
The 28-year-old said she wasn’t even aware who the couple was.
But she stands by sharing the video

Grace explained, “I had no idea who the couple was. Just thought I caught an interesting reaction to the kiss cam and decided to post it.”
“A part of me feels bad for turning these people’s lives upside down, but, play stupid games… win stupid prizes.”
Grace wished their partners well

Continuing on with her comments about the whole ordeal, Grace added, “I hope their partners can heal from this and get a second chance at the happiness they deserve with their future still in front of them.”
“I hope, for them, my video was a blessing in disguise,” she added.
She recalled the situation at the concert

Grace, who went to see the British band in Boston with her friends, recalled how there was “a lot of talk” about the moment among concertgoers after the show, but that people didn’t really know who the couple was either.
“It was definitely a hot topic, but no one knew who they were,” she said.
But the internet quickly figured it out
When Grace posted the clip on TikTok, not thinking much of it, she didn’t realize that the internet would figure out who the couple was, or that it would go as viral as it did.
“When I posted late last night before bed it was picking up traction with a couple thousand views,” she said, “I woke up to seven million. Now over 30 million. Overwhelmed to say the least.”
The clip shows the married CEO and his HR chief

The video, which had garnered a staggering 46 million views only a day after Grace posted it, showed married tech CEO Andy Byron and his HR chief Kristin Cabot wrapped up in each other’s arms as the kiss cam panned to them at the concert.
It shows them both immediately getting flustered
In the video, you can hear Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin say, “Whoa, look at these two,” adding, “Alright, come on. You’re OK.”
Byron drops out of shot and Cabot turns her face away from the camera. To this, Martin responds, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy. I’m not quite sure what to do.”
People started reacting to the viral moment

After the video made the rounds on the internet, people started commenting on the apparent infidelity.
One person wrote, “Sorry for the wife but glad they’re being exposed and embarrassed.”
Another said, “They are both incredibly stupid, sorry. Why would you go to a concert of all places if you are having an affair.”
